The following is a list of Waterslide Decals and Vinyl Peel & Stick Decals that I have available. They are suitable for all types of model cars - Plastic, Resin, Clear and Diecast, not just slot cars.

Silk Ink decals are tough, durable and abrasion resistant. For the waterslide decals, they must be coated with clear acrylic before use to stop them curling.

The brands I know that work are:

Krylon Crystal Clear Acrylic Spray
White Knight Crystal Clear Acrylic
(Keen and Humbrol Crystal Clear Acrylic seem to be the same although I have not tested them).
Dupli-Color Top Coat Clear
3M Acrylic Clearcoat

These are available at Hardware stores, Arts & Crafts stores or Auto Parts stores.

Mist on a light coat of these. Do not put it on heavily or it wrinkle the decal.

Future Floor Finish (e-mail for more info on this and where to buy it in you country)

You can apply this by brush, foam brush or spraying. Apply 1 coat, wait an hour and apply a second coat. If brushing go slowly to avoid bubbles.

If you want to use any other clear acrylic, please test it first on a small piece. Most Automotive clear acrylics and Arts and Crafts Fixatives which are clear acrylic should work. Let me know if they do and I will add them to the list.

Testors Clear Coat

The Peel & Stick are fine to be used as is. If you want a gloss finish on them, they too can be sprayed with the same clear acrylic mentioned above. If you dont wish to coat the decals, try the Peel & Stick. These are a lot better than previously available. They are thin and easily applied and disappear on the surface. Many people are changing to these from waterslide. Why dont you try and see?

I can also do other scales not listed e.g 1/20 scale, 1/28. Ask me about the availabilty. I can even custom fit to your model. Please note that waterslide decals are not really suitable for 1/10 and 1/12 scale RC cars in most cases.

When ordering decals, please state the name as it appears on the list, the scale and specify if you want Waterslide or Vinyl Peel & Stick.
